Building on last week’s theme, students focused on applying their consistency skills in practical scenarios.

Beginners practiced alternating forehands and backhands with feeding drills that emphasized movement and form. Competitive games like short court rally challenges kept the energy high while honing precision and control. Players tracked their scores to measure improvement and progress.

Intermediate players elevated their consistency skills with advanced partner-based drills and full-court gameplay. Exercises like doubles drills challenged them to maintain proper technique in live-match conditions, while team activities encouraged collaboration and strategic thinking.

The dedication to consistency showed in every player’s improved ability to maintain control and rhythm during rallies.
