Week 6: Perfect Practice

Hello everyone!

Week 6 was an exciting session filled with progress. Our focus this week was on the importance of perfect practice. As our coach always says, practice doesn't make perfect; practice makes permanent, and perfect practice makes perfect.

Our intermediate players made significant strides in mastering ball placement and began learning the fundamentals of serving. The serve is often considered one of the most critical shots in tennis, so it was essential to introduce and practice it during this lesson.

Meanwhile, our beginner players concentrated on consistent short-court rallying to enhance their overall consistency. We engaged in competitive singles matches where players eagerly competed for a candy prize. Additionally, we reinforced the importance of ground strokes and volleys through targeted drills aimed at improving their consistency.

Overall, I'm immensely proud of all our players for their open-minded approach to learning new concepts. Tennis is a challenging sport, but through their commitment to perfect practice, they're well on their way to mastery! 🎾
